PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Dockside Village Apartments is a four-phase, Multi-Family Development project that first started in 2005 and is still currently under construction. This project totals 520 units and Spoleta Construction/Development has been the general contractor, developer and a co-owner of this extensive housing project. The care and attention to detail Spoleta Construction bring to the project has been crucial for keeping the job on track.

Phase I- Generated so much positive feedback that three more phases have taken place.
Phase II- Completed in 2012 and added another 80 units that connect to Phase I.
Phase III- Began in late 2013, includes the construction of three townhouse buildings with 4-units in each.
Phase IV-The projects final phase includes another clubhouse and an additional 160 to 180 units.
