PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This Spoleta/Morgan Development started in March 2016 with the demolition of an old rental property and major site work to get the site level so the foundation could be started. This site required two major retaining walls to balance the site for the 90,000 square foot building. Once completed the senior housing project consists of 71 resident units between 800 SF – 1,150 SF, fitness room, theater room, community rooms, general storage area and 15 detached garages.
