PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This project was brought to Spoleta Contruction to undergo a complete façade renovation to both sister buildings on site at Northside Professional Center. Renovations included a new roof, EIFS, stone, and glazing to the existing exterior structure and new carpet, wallcoverings and paint to interior common areas. The project was a successful collaboration between co-owners (Spoleta Development and Morgan Management), architect, and Spoleta’s construction team. Spoleta also serves as the managing partner.
