PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Mercury Print Productions relocated their printing operation to the existing 277,612 square foot building at Rochester Tech Park. The purpose of the project was to consolidate Mercury Print to one facility for efficiency.
Spoleta Construction completed interior renovations to 148,064 square feet of the existing building. The project’s scope of work included demolition and converting the facility into new office and printing distribution center. A portion of the space is two-stories with mezzanine.
