PROJECT DESCRIPTION
In 2008, Spoleta Construction teamed up with Smith & Associates Architects for the 31,670 square foot extensive remodeling renovation of the existing interior and exterior of the clubhouse. The bar and dining rooms were moved to overlook the golf course to take advantage of its beauty. The new terrace expansion wraps around the poolside of the clubhouse providing a dramatic entrance to the pool, snack bar and seating area overlooking the facilities. The interior received new finishes and the exterior of the club received a facelift – with new stucco finish and rooflines reminiscent of the prominent villa style mansions along East Avenue.
