Spoleta Construction completed the Fairways at Lancaster luxury senior living project in November 2016. Spoleta was hired as the general contractor and the project consist of 76-unit, patio style homes, clubhouse, pool and 24-hour fitness center. The rental community is for active 55 and over adults.
