PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Fairview Apartments at Town Center is a two-phase, Multi-Family Development project that first started in 2016 and is still currently under construction. Spoleta Construction/Development has been the general contractor, developer and a co-owner of this extensive housing project. The care and attention to detail Spoleta Construction brings to the project has been a crucial for keeping the job on track.
Phase I– Under Construction, consisting of 124-unit apartments, clubhouse, fitness center, seasonal pool, and cabana.
Phase II– Construction will start in 2018 and will consist of additional 249-unit apartments.
