PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Ethan Pointe Plaza was completed in 2015 and totals 9,500 square feet. The retail plaza was part of the Ethan Pointe Development. While Ethan Pointe Apartments was under construction, the 1.4 acres located next to the apartments required remediation for contaminants. Spoleta had the parcel cleaned prior to any construction taking place on site for Ethan Pointe Plaza.

Ethan Pointe Plaza sits on the corner of Brighton Henrietta Town Line and Clay Road with high visibility and traffic, next to anchor tenant Dunkin Donuts. Spoleta knew the plaza would be an asset to the overall development. It’s centrally located from Henrietta, NY densest retail area including Marketplace Mall, area retailers, restaurants and three major College/Universities within a 5-mile radius.

“Working with Spoleta Construction was a naturally enjoyable experience. They built my first pizzeria location, and it came out better than I had imagined. Every person involved from start to finish was responsive and easily understood our vision for the build out. The best part was being able to work with the Spoleta brothers themselves. They were completely willing to work with us and accommodated us in every way to ensure that our new location would be a success right from the start. I hope that I get the chance to do business with Spoleta Construction again.”
