PROJECT DESCRIPTION
City Place is a 270,000 square foot historic building, originally built in 1907. The property was purchased by Spoleta in 1997 and is part of Spoleta’s Development portfolio. City Place houses Monroe County’s government offices in downtown Rochester.
An extensive renovation was needed for the interior and exterior. Spoleta Construction sought ways to retain the building’s historic structure while accommodating it for modern office use. The results are breath-taking, from the street to your first step inside.
