PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Artisan Meats hired Spoleta Construction in November 2015 to construct a building that would house their two new boilers, steam generator, and compressors. The building is 1,520 square feet and the equipment feeds steam to all their smoker units for the sausage products. We were given two months to order building steel to erect and enclose the building for the two boilers to be installed that were delivered from Germany. Once the boiler was completed in mid-February we were asked to remodel the staff break area, owner’s office, and front reception area.
