PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Tim Hortons Restaurants are one story, wood framed, 2,500 square foot buildings. The projects included site work and building. For international chains, moving into a new market means trusting in partners who can make projects happen. Spoleta embraced the task of building and completing each restaurant in its entirety within a ten-week time frame, erecting twelve Time Hortons in the Rochester area between 2002 and 2006. Spoleta self-performed 100% of work on this project.
