PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Spoleta Construction is the general contractor for this multi-family development and the construction will be done in two phases. Phase 1 of the project was completed in October 2016 and consist of thirteen, two-story nine-unit apartment buildings and a 3,500 square foot clubhouse, swimming pool, and fitness center.
Floor plans at Union Square Apartments come in one bedroom, two bedroom, and three-bedroom options and feature walk-in closets, attached garages, and fully equipped kitchens, complete with stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, range, pantry, and elegant Quartz countertops.
