Geneseo Townhouse Apartments. Spoleta Construction built a new 71,000 square foot townhouse complex. The student housing consists of 44 units and 9 buildings along with a community center. Project Cost: $9.7MM

2000

Elizabeth Wende Breast Clinic is a 30,000 square foot, two-story breast cancer detection, and treatment facility that sets the standard for atmosphere and care. The medical office building was originally built in 1999 and owned by Spoleta Development. The project involved structural steel with light-gauge framing and brick veneer. In 2007, a new area to house their MRI machine was added and the renovations were performed in phases to avoid disrupting the day to day business at the medical facility.

2001

On January 29th, 2001 Spoleta Construction’s CEO, Michael D. Spoleta passed away from a two year battle of lung cancer at a young age of 65.


After the passing of Michael D. Spoleta, his sons were left with the firm’s future in their hands. Today CEO, Michael M. Spoleta, and President, David Spoleta are the driving force behind the company.

2005

On February 14th, 2005 Founder, Samuel P. Spoleta passed away at 93.
