PROJECT DESCRIPTION

In 1998, Spoleta developed and co-owned the multi-family project, Oakmonte Apartments. This 300,000 square foot project features 32-eight-unit buildings, and the units are approximately 1,200 square feet. The ground amenities include private and gated entrance, tennis courts, and clubhouse featuring a full kitchen, conference room, fitness center and in-ground pool.

Although Spoleta sold the multi-family development in 2012, Spoleta is proud to include the project in the multi-family portfolio. It has been one of the leading apartment developments in Webster, NY.
